Dear Mr Eveleigh
I have seen your work in the Magdalen Arms in Oxford and particularly love the painting of the topless woman who appears to be resting her breasts in the water. I have been told that the pictures there are not for sale. Can you tell me if you have something similar for sale or a print of this picture? I doubt if I could afford an original actually but if you could get back to me I would really appreciate it.

Bonjour,
Love your work. Lively and fearless. Discovered your site when searching for info about your father John who taught me at Folkestone in '63 and '64 (I was in the same group as Paul Davey and Steve Bradley - don't know if you remember them). Glad to know John's still with us and, presumably, still painting. I wish I'd listened to his advice to 'do' fine art instead of graphics when I progressed to Dip.AD and then the RCA. Now retired to the backwoods of France, I've finally returned to painting. Better late than never. Do give my regards to John and thank him for being a brilliant teacher.
Toodle pip, Gordon

aldous i love your work i'm a big fan, as you may know? the picaso you made and i bought from you, still has centre stage in my living room and i'm not remotely bored with it, it still gives me a kick every time i look at it, and that's daily and the dog loves it too. i wish you could get a show together in this country, as i'd really like to see some of these in the flesh

It's that time of year...
And I'm not the first spectre that has loomed out of the mists, I see...
I've learned little over the years, except perhaps that you probably can't make old friends. But you folks will come to mind from time to time and believe it or not I do wish you well.
It's great to see that your productivity and talent don't seemed to have suffered any diminution with the passing years.
Email me if you feel so inclined - and best wishes to you and Stephanie for the coming years.

I went to the Anchor and Hope in London recently and was really drawn to your painting Stephanie and the Giacomettis, maybe because it reminds me of when I go to Africa and become a spectator of art and people out there. I would love to have it on my wall. Please do contact me if this is at all a possibility. Lovely to discover your work. Best, Charlotte
